Rotation Schedule

• Hospital Rounds (Monday to Friday):
  • Time: 9:00 AM – 2:00/3:00 PM (depending on patient census)
  • Participate in rounds on the General Medical Floor, ICU, CCU, and other areas as needed
• Clinic Sessions:
  • Duration: 2-3 hours per session
  • Frequency: Multiple times per week
• Saturday Hours: Optional, based on availability and interest

Learning Opportunities

• Clinical Experience:
  • Hands-on experience in Nephrology with a focus on Acute Renal Failure (ARF), Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), acid-base balance, fluid and electrolytes, glomerulonephritis, dialysis, transplantation, and hypertension
• Hospital Rounds Participation: Collaborate with fellows, nurses, and attending physicians in patient care management
• Patient Care: Formulate differential diagnoses, create treatment plans, and follow up on patients
• Discharge Planning: Assist with discharge planning and patient transitions
• Diverse Patient Interaction: Engage with a wide range of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings

Payment Policy

• Secure your slot with either full or partial payment (50%)
• Full payment is due 6 weeks before the start date
• No rescheduling fee if done one month in advance
• Cancellations:
  • 50% refund for cancellations made 4+ weeks before the start date
  • No refunds for cancellations within 4 weeks of the start date
