What to Expect
• 1-on-1 Mentorship: You’ll be mentored by an experienced research supervisor throughout the program. Each batch is limited to ~10 mentees to ensure personalized feedback and collaborative peer learning.
• Live Weekly Sessions: Held via Microsoft Teams, our interactive sessions are scheduled based on mentee availability to accommodate different time zones.

Curriculum Highlights

Over 6 weeks, you will be guided through each step of conducting a narrative review:
• Selecting a high-yield and relevant research topic
• Conducting a focused and efficient literature search
• Managing references with tools like Mendeley or Zotero
• Structuring and writing a professional-quality manuscript
• Identifying appropriate journals and understanding the submission process.

Authorship

Each participant will contribute directly to the group research project by completing weekly assignments and participating in literature analysis and manuscript drafting.

• Authorship positions are assigned based on actual contribution to the project, ensuring fair and ethical recognition of your efforts.
