Terms & Conditions

Before commencing the research module, candidates must read, understand, and agree to the following

clauses:

1. Intellectual Property: All information, content, and material shared in our sessions is the intellectual

property of IMG Helping Hands. Redistribution on other platforms is strictly prohibited.

2. Authorship: The order of authorship will be decided by mentors, reflecting each individual’s

contributions and dedication. This decision is final and non-negotiable.

3. Publication Standards: We target US and UK-based journals with high impact factors and indexations

from respected databases.

4. Time Management: Due to the high volume of participants, we enforce strict adherence to schedules.

Last-minute changes are strongly discouraged.

5. Support and Communication: Our team is dedicated to assisting IMGs and others in their journey.

However, response times from mentors may vary.

6. Refund Policy: There is no refund policy once a candidate is enrolled in our module.

7. Publication Ethics: High standards of commitment are expected to avoid predatory journals and ghost

publications.

8. Module Duration and Publication Process: Our modules span 4-5 weeks, with an 8-12 week period

for publication post-completion.

9. Partial Refund on Non-Publication: A partial refund of 40 percent of the fee is provided if the paper

does not get published despite our best efforts.

10. Compliance with Guidelines: Adherence to the IMGHH Authorship ranking criteria and ICMJE

guidelines is mandatory. Failure to comply will result in loss of authorship and no refund.

Additional Terms:

– Privacy Agreement: Participation in the program requires compliance with our privacy policy and

website policies.

– Community Conduct: Any form of hate speech will result in immediate expulsion without a refund.

– Academic Integrity: Plagiarism or the use of unauthorized artificial intelligence tools in your work will

lead to expulsion without a refund.

– Publication Timeline: Research papers may take up to 6 months to publish.

– Administrative Fee on Refunds: In cases where a refund is processed, an administrative fee of $50 will

be deducted.
