Rotation Schedule
Clinic Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with a lunch break)
- Saturdays/Sundays: 2 days within the month (subject to schedule)
- Didactics and Lectures: Occasional attendance may be required

- Full payment is due 6 weeks before the start date
- No rescheduling fee if done one month in advance
- Cancellations:
- 50% refund for cancellations made 4+ weeks before the start date
- No refunds for cancellations within 4 weeks of the start date
