Pre-Rounds
Review patient charts, lab results, and dialysis reports to prepare for clinical activities
10:00 AM – Multidisciplinary Rounds
Led by the attending nephrologist
Collaborative discussions with nurses, dialysis technicians, pharmacists, and nutritionists
Patient-centered case presentations, dialysis planning, and care coordination
Post-Rounds
Case Discussions & Didactics: Focus on renal pathophysiology, dialysis modalities, fluid/electrolyte management, and hypertension
Clinical Documentation: Time dedicated to SOAP notes, rounding summaries, and treatment plans
