These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you,” “user,” “client”), and IMG Helping Hands, governing your access to and use of our website [www.imghelpinghands.com], mobile applications, online platforms, and all associated products and services, including mentorship, research programs, webinars, clinical rotations, externships, observerships, educational content, and consultation services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services.
By using our Services, you confirm that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
IMG Helping Hands offers:
Clinical Rotations & Observerships – placements with partner physicians and hospitals (availability subject to approval and external institution policies).
Virtual & Onsite Research Modules – structured mentorship for research, publications, and academic growth.
Application Support – ERAS/CV/Personal Statement editing, portfolio guidance, and program list assistance.
Interview Preparation – mock interviews, specialty-tailored coaching, and communication training.
Webinars & Educational Courses – live and recorded sessions covering medical education, U.S. healthcare pathways, and professional development.
Mentorship & Community Building – access to our physician network, alumni, and peer groups.
Important: We are not a residency program, hospital, or university. We do not guarantee admission, residency match, publication, or employment.
When using our Services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and honest personal and professional details.
Maintain professionalism, respect, and integrity in all communications.
Not engage in plagiarism, academic dishonesty, or unlawful activities.
Not misuse or share educational content, recordings, or mentorship resources without permission.
Accept that outcomes (such as LORs, publications, residency interviews) depend on multiple external factors and are not guaranteed.
All payments must be made in full before the start of Services.
Accepted methods: credit/debit card, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, or other approved gateways.
All payments are final and non-refundable. Exceptions may apply only if expressly agreed in writing.
Pricing is subject to change without prior notice. Taxes, processing fees, or exchange rate differences may apply.
No refunds once services have commenced.
If you cancel prior to the start date, you may request rescheduling (subject to availability), but refunds are not provided.
If we are unable to deliver a service due to reasons within our control, we may offer credit toward future services.
Placements depend on availability and institutional approval. We facilitate but do not control hospital or physician decisions.
Letters of Recommendation (LORs) are not guaranteed and remain at the discretion of supervising physicians.
Visa, licensing, or travel approvals remain the sole responsibility of the participant.
Research mentorship is educational and collaborative. We do not guarantee acceptance or publication.
Participants are responsible for academic honesty, originality, and adherence to journal/institutional ethics.
Intellectual property of collaborative research is shared, unless otherwise specified.
All site content, course materials, research modules, videos, webinars, and branding are the exclusive property of IMG Helping Hands.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use content for educational purposes only.
You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
If you post or submit reviews, testimonials, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing and educational purposes.
We reserve the right to remove any contributions deemed offensive, inaccurate, or in violation of these Terms.

Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IMG Helping Hands, its directors, staff, mentors, and affiliates against claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of:
Your misuse of Services.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your participation in clinical or research activities arranged through us.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
All claims, controversies, or disputes, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware, unless arbitration is required as outlined below.
Before pursuing formal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days.
If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules.
Venue & Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration (such as intellectual property enforcement or injunctive relief) shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, USA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
You waive the right to participate in any class action, consolidated, or representative proceeding against IMG Helping Hands.
We may update or modify Services or these Terms at any time.
Changes take effect upon posting to our website. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your license to use our Services and content ends immediately.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

Webinars and online events are for general education and networking purposes only.
