Rotation Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with a lunch break)
  • Saturdays: Optional, once a month for additional experience
  • Additional Activities: Attendance at didactics, lectures, and grand rounds may be required, with the schedule provided at the start of the rotation.

Learning Opportunities

Hands-on Clinical Experience

  • Work with pediatric patients, including Well-Child exams, Immunizations, Adolescent Health, and more.
  • Exposure to inpatient pediatric care in the hospital or newborn nursery.
  • Gain experience in EMR systems and document patient information under the guidance of attending physicians.

Medical Requirements

  • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
  • PPD (within 6 months)
  • Proof of COVID-19 Vaccine

  • Professional attire: Casual business attire or scrubs/lab coat for hospital and clinic settings
  • Malpractice Insurance (included)

Payment Policy

  • Secure your slot with either full or partial payment (50%).
  • Full payment is due 6 weeks before the start date.
  • Cancellations:
    • 50% refund for cancellations made 4+ weeks before the start date.
    • No refunds for cancellations within 4 weeks of the start date.
  • No rescheduling fee if done one month in advance.
