Rotation Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with lunch break)
• Saturdays/Sundays: 2 weekends per month
• Additional Schedule: Times may vary based on the attending physician’s availability and rotation schedule
• Didactics & Grand Rounds: Students may be required to attend educational sessions as scheduled by the attending physician

Learning Opportunities

• Clinical Exposure: Gain hands-on experience in the outpatient pediatrics setting, evaluating and managing a variety of pediatric disorders
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Learn and practice inputting clinical notes into the EMR system used in the clinic
• Patient Interaction: Perform detailed history taking, physical examination, and lab assessments while formulating differential diagnoses and treatment plans under the guidance of an attending physician
• Didactic Sessions: Attend lectures and educational rounds to further enhance your medical knowledge and understanding of pediatric care
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with attending physicians and a multidisciplinary team, interacting with patients and caregivers, and contributing to the overall care of the pediatric population

Payment Policy

• Secure your slot with either full or partial payment (50%)
• Full payment is due 6 weeks before the start date
• No rescheduling fee if done one month in advance
• Cancellations:
  • 50% refund for cancellations made 4+ weeks before the start date
  • No refunds for cancellations within 4 weeks of the start date
