Rotation Schedule

• Start Time: Varies per day
• Monday – Friday: Inpatient rotations from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Outpatient Clinics:
  • 1-2 times a week, approximately 4 hours per session
• Saturdays/Sundays:
  • Optional attendance based on rotation schedule
• Seminars & Conferences:
  • Surgery seminars, morbidity, and mortality conferences

• Hands-on Experience:

  • Learn and observe key procedures like central line insertion and other bedside procedures
• Surgical Operations:
  • Participate in daily surgical operations in the OR, closely working with the Chief of Surgery
• Didactic Learning:
  • Participate in seminars, lectures, and grand rounds for in-depth knowledge of surgical practices and patient care
• Patient Care:
  • Engage in patient history taking, physical examinations, and the creation of differential diagnoses and treatment plans
• Patient Interaction:
  • Interact with a diverse patient population in both inpatient and outpatient settings, under the supervision of attending physicians

• Full payment is due 6 weeks before the start date
• No rescheduling fee if done one month in advance
• Cancellations:
  • 50% refund for cancellations made 4+ weeks before the start date
  • No refunds for cancellations within 4 weeks of the start date
